About Us

Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is looking to hire Snow Shovelers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This position is on-call, meaning hours are weather-dependent and can be sporadic. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and don’t mind working outdoors in winter conditions, we’d love to hear from you! This position is great for seasonal workers

Job Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Being on-call and monitoring weather conditions
- Working a variety of shifts, including late nights and early mornings
- Clearing walkways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas of snow and ice
- Applying salt and ice melt to walkways and entrances
- Using equipment such as snow blowers and salt spreaders
- Performing physically demanding outdoor work in winter weather
- Following company safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned routes efficiently

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- Experience in snow removal or landscaping is an asset (not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, physically demanding conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Must be available on-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract are assets (not required)
