Bar None Designs is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. We are an Architectural Millwork Company serving the high end US Hospitality Space. 4-5 star hotels, restaurants and private Residences

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed on time
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management
- Utilize construction management software to track project details
- Assist in tracking samples, submitals, review shop drawings

Skills
- Proficiency in ProCore, and other construction management software an asset

- Architectural millwork or Interior Design experience and asset

- Must be cad proficient





- Organized and good with vendors and trades

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $42,715.55-$80,825.43 per year
