Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are accurately processed, packaged, and dispatched to meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently load and unload shipments.
- Experience with forklifts and reach trucks a bonus but not mandatory.
- Accurately pick orders and prepare them for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly packaged.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.




- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging.
- Knowledge of e-commerce processes is a plus.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
