Faber LLP is a mid-sized public practice accounting firm with a long history in Edmonton offering a strategic tax group, audit/assurance group, and an advisory group to provide a boutique style firm to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/CPA Student(s)to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
· Preparation of personal income tax returns, and corporation income tax returns.
· Preparation of financial statements (compilation, review and audit engagements).
· Minimal bookkeeping duties

Skills and Experience
· CPA Student or newly designated CPA
· 1 to 3 years of public practice experience.
· Experience with CaseWare, Jazzit, TaxCycle, Quickbooks, Sage, and Xero is an asset.
· Robust computer skills and comfortability with paperless filing systems are required.
· Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
· Enrolment in CPA In-Depth Tax program a strong asset.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. During our busy season (March & April), additional hours may be required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
