Job Summary

The Condominium Commercial Cleaner helps maintain clean, orderly shared spaces for residents, visitors, and building teams. This hands-on role combines commercial cleaning with routine facilities maintenance, supporting a welcoming workplace and helping keep common areas ready for daily use.

Duties

- Clean and maintain condominium common areas, including entrances, hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and supplies.
- Check shared areas for cleanliness and visible maintenance concerns, and report issues to the appropriate building team.
- Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized, and follow established procedures for safe, consistent work.

Experience

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow routines that support clean, orderly facilities. Preferred: Commercial cleaning experience and familiarity with basic facilities maintenance or maintenance tasks are helpful strengths for this role.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
