Part-time | 0–24 hours per week | $18.00 per hour + gratuities distributed bi-weekly Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, evenings and weekends Rapscallion & Co. is looking for motivated, hardworking, team-oriented people to join our Front of House team as Support Staff. This is a versatile, fast-paced role. You'll move between several positions depending on what service needs that night. If you communicate well, stay sharp under pressure and like keeping a busy dining room running smoothly, you'll fit right in. WHAT YOU'LL DO Host • Greet and seat guests warmly, making a great first impression • Manage reservations in OpenTable • Escort guests to their tables and give directions around the restaurant • Complete opening, closing, side and transitional duties Food Runner • Know the floor plan and table numbers inside out • Carry 1–3 plates safely and efficiently • Know the menu well enough to describe 2–3 key ingredients in every dish Expo (Expeditor) • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and Board Caller • Stay organized and composed during high-volume service • Check every dish for presentation, accuracy and quality before it leaves the kitchen • Coordinate with the team so food reaches guests on time Busser • Transparent,



clean and reset tables promptly • Polish glassware and help with side duties and service transitions • Jump in to support servers and teammates wherever needed Barback • Keep bartenders stocked with ice, glassware, beverages and supplies • Retrieve and restock product throughout service • Keep the bar clean, organized and fully stocked WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hospitality or customer service role • Valid Smart Serve certification (required) • Availability Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends (required) • Able to stand and stay active for long shifts • Reliable transportation to and from work • Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills • Able to multitask, prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision • Calm and efficient in a high-volume environment • Sharp attention to detail, good time management and organization • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed • Able to switch quickly between support roles as service demands WHY RAPSCALLION & CO.
