We are looking to hire dedicated and full time employees to add to our team. We are primarily hiring for our weekend crew (Friday to Monday 4x10 shifts), and are looking for candidates with lead hand/foreman experience who can work with minimal supervision.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and abilities; weekend shift comes with a shift premium.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include welding to high standards, interpreting written and verbal specifications, as well as selecting appropriate tools for product fabrication. The successful candidate should have good dexterity, a strong work ethic, and outstanding attention to detail. Applicants must be able to pass a GMAW weld test during your interview.

Employment Details:

Starting Wage - Dependent on experience and skill set (Competitive) + advantages after 3 months

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively





You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained

Ability to follow English written and spoken directions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year MIG welding GMAW/MCAW

CWB qualification is an asset but not required for the right candidate (Arc-Rite will arrange and pay for CWB qualification testing)

Must have ability to read and interpret drawings.

Experience with small hand tools is required

Ability to maintain a clean & safe work area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
