A&W; restaurant in East Chinatown (Broadview & Gerrard). Evening Shifts ( 4PM-12AM)Overnight shift (12AM-8AM)

Qualifications

- Must have experience in a fast food environment.
- Previous employment in fast food restaurant.
- Ability to work standing up for 8 hour shifts
- Ability on occasion to lift up to 20lbs.

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications




- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Additional Duties:

- Recording food temperature

Job Duties:

- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
- Escalate major issues when necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)
- Other duties as requested
