Autodesk Canada is seeking a global People Programs Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, fully remote. You will lead delivery, optimization, and adoption of HR programs, partnering with COEs to ensure scalable, operationally ready programs that enhance the employee experience.

You will manage change, plan training, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement across PEX and PPL teams, with a global-first mindset and solid stakeholder engagement across time zones.
