iA Financial Group in Quebec/Montreal is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to align capacity with demand and advise managers on coverage, service levels, and efficiency. You will develop dashboards, run analyses, and optimize scheduling processes in a collaborative, French-speaking environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in workforce planning, experience with Genesys WFM, and familiarity with Power BI. Lean Six Sigma and solid stakeholder engagement are assets in a hybrid Montreal role.
