As an E-Commerce and Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support daily operations across online and physical channels. You will work with boutiques, customer service, warehouse partners, HQ, and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include order flow, website updates, fulfillment, inventory, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor online order flow and website performance
- Support website testing and implementation of updates
- Coordinate boutique transfers, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Monitor fulfillment, returns, deliveries,



and inventory levels
- Prepare recurring reports and support business initiatives

Requirements:

- Ability to work primarily in an office-based computer environment
- Ability to manage digital documentation and detailed paperwork
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and hold boxes and fixtures
- Availability for 40 hours weekly as a full time employee
- Availability for occasional additional hours during peak periods
