Keep is hiring reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our growing team. We provide thoughtful, professional residential cleaning services across Toronto, and we’re looking for team members who take pride in creating clean, comfortable, well-cared-for homes.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys active work, has strong attention to detail, communicates well, and is comfortable travelling to different client homes throughout the city.

About the Role

As a Keep housekeeper, you’ll visit client homes and complete general housekeeping tasks based on each client’s service plan. Tasks may include:

- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- General tidying
- Changing bed linens
- Taking out garbage/recycling
- Light organization within the service scope
- Following client notes and company cleaning standards

Uniform, Backpack and Supplies

Keep provides a company uniform, backpack, and approved cleaning supplies. These are part of our service standards and must be worn, brought, and used for every scheduled client visit.

Team members are expected to keep company-provided items clean, organized, and in good condition,



and to notify management if supplies need to be refilled or replaced.

Hours and Scheduling

This is an hourly, variable-hours position. Hours may vary from week to week depending on client bookings, cancellations, client needs, employee availability, and business volume.

There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week, but we do our best to schedule team members based on their availability, desired amount of hours per week, reliability, performance, and client demand.

This position may be a good fit for someone looking for part-time or growing hours, with the possibility of more regular scheduling as client demand increases.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable travelling to different homes in Toronto
- Able to follow cleaning checklists and client notes
- Able to work independently and/or with another team member
- Comfortable using a scheduling app and checking schedule updates
- Friendly, professional, and respectful in client homes
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Experience from any country or background is welcome.
