C3 Specialty Glazing Solutions - Field Coordinator, Glazing/Curtain Wall

As a Field Coordinator with C3SGS, you will lead job-site teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and assist in all facets of project execution. Your responsibilities include preparing work plans and facilitating safety reviews, crucial in maintaining C3SGS reputation for quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily field operations and support subcontractors
- Prepare detailed job hazard analyses and project documentation
- Assist Engineers with data gathering for project submissions
- Plan and coordinate effective work schedules for teams
- Handle material takeoffs and report updates

Requirements:

- 3+ years of construction site supervision experience
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project sequencing
- Experience working directly with owners, consultants, subtrades

Working Conditions

We require that you possess a driver’s license and access to a vehicle to drive yourself to our offices as well as our construction sites. Our office is located in Brampton,



ON with most of our active job sites being in the GTA.
