About the Role

We are seeking a personable, confident, and results-driven Aesthetics Spa Consultant to join our clinic team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our clinic, guiding clients through their aesthetic journeys.

We are looking for a consultative closer. Someone who combines a warm, client-first approach with the commercial confidence to present multi-session treatment plans, close memberships, and curate medical-grade skincare regimens. You will turn first-time consultations and digital inquiries into loyal, long-term clients while upholding the highest standards of luxury patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation, Closing & Sales Conversion

- Conduct in-depth, personalized consultations to understand client skin concerns, treatment goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Educate clients on available aesthetic modalities (lasers, injectables, skin rejuvenation), package options, and tiered clinic memberships.
- Present customized multi-session treatment plans and overcome price or scheduling objections with empathy and confidence.
- Convert consultations, walk-ins, phone calls, social media leads, and web inquiries into booked appointments and paid packages.
- Achieve individual monthly sales quotas and contribute to overarching clinic revenue targets.

Client Relationship & Retention

- Build sustained relationships through diligent post-treatment follow-ups, rebooking outreach, and proactive client touchpoints.




- Recommend personalized home-care regimens using our medical-grade retail skincare lines to maximize results and retail revenue.
- Maintain organized client profiles, communication logs, and sales tracking to ensure seamless follow-through.

Cross-Functional & Clinic Support

- Coordinate seamlessly with the medical director, aesthetic nurses, medical aestheticians, and front-desk coordinators to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Support clinic operations as needed, including handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, managing waitlists, and maintaining product displays.
- Participate in clinic marketing campaigns, promotional events, open houses, and seasonal product launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2–3+ years of successful consultative sales experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology/plastic surgery practices, luxury retail beauty, or premium wellness.
- Closing Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, sell memberships/packages, and handle objection-driven sales conversations comfortably.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid interest in or foundational knowledge of skin anatomy, medical aesthetics (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels, lasers, injectables), and active skincare ingredients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills; polished, articulate, and adept at putting clients at ease.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in an additional language commonly spoken in the GTA is considered an asset.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
