Job Description

Nexa Health is a growing, community-focused healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Kinesiologist to join our multidisciplinary team and support our expanding ICBC client base.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve their physical function, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to evaluate clients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each client's goals.
- Provide active rehabilitation services to clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, musculoskeletal injuries, and other physical conditions.
- Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated client care.
- Independently manage a caseload while maintaining high standards of professional practice and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements





- Must be a registered member in valuable standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and exercise prescription skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Previous experience in active rehabilitation, injury recovery, or community-based rehabilitation is considered an asset.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based, client-centred care.
