Dayton Plumbing Services Ltd. is a privately owned plumbing service company serving the GTA for over 20 years. We are hiring a Licensed 306A Plumber for full‑time service work - diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and customer-facing jobs.

Applicants must hold a valid Ontario 306A Plumbing Licence and provide either their licence number or proof of certification. Applications without licence verification will not be considered.

This is not a construction or rough‑in role. We are looking for someone who can run service calls independently, communicate clearly with customers, and troubleshoot issues on the spot.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions
- Perform residential and commercial service work (repairs, replacements, troubleshooting)
- Work independently on multi-stop daily service routes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, and office staff
- Install/repair fixtures, valves, PRVs, mixing valves, pumps, drainage systems
- Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
- Follow Ontario plumbing codes and company safety protocols

Required Qualifications

- Valid 306A Plumbing Licence (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of residential and/or commercial service plumbing experience preferred (diagnostics, repairs, customer interaction)
- Valid Class G driver’s licence
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision




- Qualified communication skills

Preferred Experience
(Not required, but strong assets)

- PRV replacement/adjustment
- Mixing valve diagnostics
- Hot water tank or tankless troubleshooting
- Drain snaking and blockage diagnostics
- Emergency call experience

Work Conditions

- Residential and commercial service calls across the GTA
- Indoor/outdoor work, varying weather conditions
- Confined spaces or heights may be required
- Safety equipment required (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, etc.)

Mandatory Application Requirement

Applicants must provide either:

- Their 306A Plumbing Licence Number, or
- A photo of their 306A licence card

This allows us to verify certification through Skilled Trades Ontario.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
