Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our team. This is contract position and possibility to extend contract-to-permanent position, with a performance review after 3 months. This role is essential to our manufacturing process and involves supporting all stages of production, including operations, production support, finishing, sorting, and the movement of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily production operations, including machine setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support production workflow by preparing materials, assembling components, and maintaining workstations.
- Handle finishing, sorting, and packaging of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Safely move goods and materials within the production area, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any production issues, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team workplace.
- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks as production needs evolve.

Timings:
Mon-Fri - 09:30 to 18:30, can be extended in busy season

Pay: $18.00 per hour
