Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer/Shingler

Duties

- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately using hand tools
- Install shingles, with precision and care
- Perform repairs on damaged roofs, replacing worn or broken components efficiently
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems
- Lift heavy materials safely, adhering to proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury
- Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify quality standards are met and identify potential issues early

Requirements

- Proven experience in roofing or shingling, with a solid understanding of construction fundamentals
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, trowels, and measuring devices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing techniques on roofing surfaces
