```Job Overview```

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. This is a crucial role in our company as accurate and detailed drawings are essential for the successful completion of projects.The drafter will be doing the budgets for the assigned project.

```Duties```

- Create 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and SolidWorks

- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and objectives

- Prepare detailed schematics, layouts, and blueprints

- Review and modify existing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

- Incorporate changes and revisions requested by project stakeholders

- Use drafting tools, such as T-squares, protractors, and rulers, to create precise drawings

- Ensure that all drawings are properly labeled and organized for easy retrieval

- Prepare the budget/ Estimations.

```Experience```

To be successful in this role,



you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and other drafting software

- Solid understanding of drafting principles and techniques

- Experience working with 2D animation software is a plus

- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software

- Knowledge of Civil 3D is highly desirable

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
