MYC Media designs, manufactures, and installs custom signage, fleet graphics, and branded environments for businesses across Ontario.

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and maintaining high standards across the branch.

What You Will Do

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Lead and coordinate teams across sales, design, production, and installation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Maintain quality standards across all work produced
- Support sales efforts and help grow the branch’s revenue
- Resolve operational issues and remove obstacles for the team
- Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

What We Are Looking For

- Leadership experience managing teams in a production or project-based environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance operations, client needs, and business performance
- Clear communication and decision-making ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts

Experience in signage, printing, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
