Millennium 3000 is looking for a reliable, coachable person to handle outbound lead generation. Your job is to work through assigned prospect lists, research companies using our CRM and AI tools, call the right decision-makers, record useful information, and create qualified appointments or positive opportunities for the company owners. This is a cold-calling role. You are not responsible for closing sales.

What You’ll Do

· Research assigned prospects

· Make outbound B2B calls

· Identify and speak with decision-makers

· Ask simple qualifying questions

· Book appointments or create genuine follow-up opportunities

· Send basic follow-up emails

· Keep CRM information accurate and updated

Previous outbound calling or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required. We provide the prospect lists, CRM, research tools, call guidance, training and coaching.

Compensation: $18-20/hour, plus performance bonuses based on lead generation success.

Employment Arrangement

The successful candidate will be employed and paid by a licensed Ontario temporary help agency and assigned to work with Millennium 3000.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
