We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, coordinate work, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and keep projects moving on schedule.

The Construction Foreman will work closely with project management, subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors
- Assign tasks and provide clear direction to workers on site
- Review drawings, plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor workmanship and ensure work meets company quality standards
- Maintain project schedules and communicate delays, issues, or material requirements to management
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, and trades as required
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential problems before they impact the project
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow company safety procedures and applicable health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job site
- Track employee hours, daily progress, and site activities as required
- Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with project managers, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Lead by example and promote a productive, respectful, and safety-focused work environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Construction Foreman, Site Supervisor, Lead Hand,



or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and site procedures
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and crew-management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical construction-related duties when required

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
