Protech Home Design Inc. is an established architectural design firm based in Edmonton, serving residential and commercial clients throughout Alberta.

We're collaborators, community builders, and creative problem-solvers looking to expand our services through an experienced Alberta Land Surveyor (ALS), surveying professional, or established surveying company.

We are flexible and open to traditional employment, independent contracting, corporate partnerships, joint ventures, or other mutually beneficial business arrangements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Legal land surveys and Real Property Reports (RPRs)
- Residential house stakeouts and construction surveys
- New home construction, infill, duplex, and multifamily developments
- Topographic surveys, site plans, and lot grading surveys
- Commercial and industrial development surveys
- Surveying support for renovations, additions, and redevelopment projects
- Coordination with architects, engineers, builders, and municipalities
- Field surveys, documentation, and project management

Qualifications

- Registered Alberta Land Surveyor (ALS) preferred; required for independently performing and authenticating regulated legal survey work.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant surveying experience preferred.
- Experience with residential and commercial development projects.




- Strong knowledge of Alberta surveying standards and municipal requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
- Existing surveying businesses and corporations are encouraged to contact us.
