The Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging & Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating innovative packaging designs, utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and possess strong knowledge of print production processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling packaging solutions, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications, and managing prepress preparation for print production. What You’ll Build & Own

- Independently develop accurate, production-ready structural designs and dielines across various packaging categories, including folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated packaging, inserts, and custom packaging solutions.
- Evaluate packaging requirements, identify structural challenges,



and develop practical solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, material efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritize assignments, and consistently deliver high-quality work within established turnaround times.
- Create and evaluate structural samples when required to verify product fit, dimensions, assembly, structural integrity, and overall functionality before production.
- Prepare, review, and validate dielines and artwork to ensure technical accuracy, print compatibility, and compliance with production specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with Sales and Production teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical questions, coordinate revisions, and ensure smooth handoffs throughout the design and production process.
- Take accountability for the accuracy and completeness of design deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues to minimize production errors, unnecessary revisions, and delays.
- Support junior designers through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing while contributing to the improvement of design standards, templates, workflows, and overall team efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table





- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Structural Packaging Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in packaging design, specifically with ESKO ArtiosCAD (completion of formal training course required), with solid expertise in dieline creation and prepress production processes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative packaging solutions and structural design skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Mandarin fluency or professional proficiency is an asset.
