- Contribute to improving drafting standards, workflows, and communication between design and manufacturing.

Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custom architectural millwork or cabinetry drafting and manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency with Mozaik and/or comparable millwork drafting software, with SketchUp experience highly valued.

Who We're Looking For
We value people who take pride in their work and understand that successful millwork is the result of strong teamwork between drafting, manufacturing, and installation.

- Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing deadlines.
- Enjoys problem-solving and working through unique construction challenges.
- Communicates clearly and proactively with the shop and project teams.
