Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to support construction activities
- Assist in paving operations, including preparing surfaces and laying asphalt or concrete
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support the installation of infrastructure components, including framing, fencing, and groundwork
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through routine inspections and minor repairs




- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools and procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving construction environment
