Are you an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys a good laugh, and wants to be part of a shop where you’re more than just another employee?

Willow Point Collision is growing, and we’re looking for another talented set of hands to join our crew!

We’re a locally owned and operated collision repair shop in beautiful Campbell River, BC. We’re passionate about quality repairs, looking after our customers, and creating a workplace where people actually enjoy showing up on Monday mornings.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a damaged vehicle, takes pride in making things right, and can bring a positive attitude to the shop.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Performing quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Repairing and replacing damaged body panels and components
- Straightening, fitting, welding, and preparing vehicles for refinishing




- Working with the team to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Taking pride in your craftsmanship and delivering quality work
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’re someone who:

- Has experience in collision repair (Red Seal certification is a definite asset!)
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- Has a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor
- Shows up ready to work and contributes to a positive shop environment
- Wants to be part of a team that’s building something great
