Job Summary

The Registered Physiotherapist supports patients in improving movement, function, and participation in daily activities. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning and delivering appropriate physiotherapy interventions, and monitoring progress in a clinical care setting. Care is adapted to each patient’s goals, abilities, and changing condition, with clear communication throughout treatment. Your impact: thoughtful, coordinated care helps patients make meaningful progress and gives colleagues clear information to support ongoing treatment.

Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ mobility, function, and care needs, and establish practical treatment goals.
- Plan and deliver patient care, including suitable therapeutic activities and interventions, while monitoring and documenting progress.
- Communicate treatment plans and updates clearly with patients, families, and colleagues,



using medical terminology appropriately.
- Adapt care to patients’ needs, including pediatric populations, and contribute relevant observations to the care team.

Requirements

Required: Practical patient care skills, clear communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to use medical terminology when discussing assessments and treatment. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience, along with familiarity caring for pediatric patients, are valuable strengths for supporting varied clinical needs and collaborating effectively with the care team.

Pay: $6,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
