*Following time tested recipes for biscuits and cookies
*Maintaining high quality product output
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness
*Vac packing and labelling wholesale products
Qualifications
- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Customer service experience
- Food handling knowledge
- Previous mass production experience
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Familiarity of QA/ QC and traceability systems beneficial
- Proficiency in baking techniques
- Experience in packaging is beneficial
