About the Opportunity

Auto Workforces Inc. is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator on behalf of our client in British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, strong knowledge of ICBC procedures, and hands-on experience with Mitchell Repair Software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates, managing ICBC claims, coordinating repair plans, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance representatives, and the production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive collision repair estimates.
- Manage ICBC estimates, supplements, documentation, and procedures.
- Develop complete repair plans and identify all required repair operations.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with ICBC representatives.
- Work closely with technicians, parts departments, and production teams.
- Manage repair files efficiently from initial estimate through completion.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure all estimates, supplements, and repair documentation are accurate and up to date.




- Monitor repair progress and support efficient shop workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience.
- Hands-on experience with Mitchell Repair Software.
- Strong knowledge of ICBC insurance rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage supplements.
- Understanding of collision repair processes and repair planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple repair files.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and production teams.
