- The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! Program Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships, commercial issues, engineering changes, and program profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, scrap, and delivery
- Maintain timelines, resolve issues, and report monthly to leadership
- Coordinate PPAP submissions, tooling approvals,



and product launches
- Lead PDTs and plant reviews to identify improvements

Program Manager Qualifications:

- Previous automotive manufacturing experience required
- Related Diploma/Degree, program management, and operations experience considered assets
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and product development
- Strong financial, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project
- Ability to travel and accommodate flexible schedules
