About us:

Inter Label Systems is a flexo label printer in Concord (Vaughan), Ontario. We are looking for an experienced Ink Technician to run our ink mixing and colour matching.

What you'll do:

- Mix and match colours in both UV and water-based flexographic inks

- Match colours to Pantone/customer standards and press proofs

- Adjust ink at press side for colour, viscosity and print quality

- Manage ink inventory, returned inks and the ink room

- Keep records of formulas and colour matches

- Work closely with press operators and production

What we're looking for:

- Experience mixing and matching UV and water-based inks

- Flexographic label or packaging experience preferred

- Positive colour vision and attention to detail

- Experience with ink dispensing systems or colour software (e.g. X-Rite) is an asset

- Reliable, organized and able to work independently

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift

Pay: $32.50-$35.00 per hour
