As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand personal and small business needs, recommend solutions, and manage mortgage relationships. You will help clients pursue financial goals through advice-based conversations, comprehensive retail banking offers, and appropriate referrals. The position requires flexibility across banking centres and hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend financial solutions and provide forward-looking plans
- Manage mortgage client portfolios individually or collaboratively




- Build relationships through outreach and community activities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

- Two to three years providing financial advice
- Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and valuable standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and client-first service orientation
