Summary

As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you’ll support accurate financial operations across the business.
Your impact: Timely, accurate receivables and payables help project teams and suppliers coordinate work with clearer, more reliable financial information.
Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Process billings and invoices, and manage collections
- Maintain bookkeeping records and enter financial data accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Review accounting information for accuracy and completeness.
- Use accounting software to support day-to-day financial processes.
- Qualifications




- Required: Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Required: Accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
- Required: Account reconciliation skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage or Jonas.
- Preferred: Accurate data entry and analytical skills.
