Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Fleet & Operations Manager to join their team. This newly created, full-time, in-office position will initially be based in Langley before transitioning to the company’s current office in Delta in the New Year.

About the Role

The Fleet & Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the operations team to coordinate the upcoming office move, support day-to-day operations, assist with insurance-related matters, including renewals and claims, and oversee the company’s fleet of trucks and other commercial vehicles, including maintenance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in fleet management and operations, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry. You have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, overseeing commercial vehicle fleets, and managing day-to-day operational needs.



You have strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, can manage competing priorities effectively, and are flexible to work outside regular business hours.
