Schedule: 25-30 hours/week, Monday-Friday (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Operations Assistant to join our team. This role includes hands-on production work, gift packaging, computer tasks, and daily deliveries using a company van.
We are looking for someone reliable and committed for this seasonal position.

What You’ll Do

- Assemble and package gift boxes for Christmas season
- Perform basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office)
- Manage inventory and maintain work area cleanliness
- Drive company van (Ford Transit) for daily deliveries
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 20-25 kg
- Work with equipment and complete other gift-making tasks as needed

What You Need

- Eligible to work in Canada (Open Work Permit, PR, or Citizen)
- Willingness to learn engraving software (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and confident driving a van
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Strong attention to detail and careful handling of products




- Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
- Physically fit to handle lifting requirements (20-25 kg)
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards when handling products
- Non-smoker preferred due to nature of product handling

Work Details

- Schedule: 25–30 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Working hours may be subject to change based on operational needs
- Wage: $17.5/hour + CPP and EI
