We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Woodbridge, ON.

Shift: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $43,000-$53,000/year

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers to provide status updates/delivery confirmations/arrival times/delays
- Providing customers with PODs, invoices, shipment documentation
- Responding to customer inquiries, handling customer complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Investigating delays, exceptions, damages, shortages, and missed deliveries
- Escalating service failures and concerns to appropriate departments
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within the Transportation/Logistics/Freight industry
- Post-secondary education in Transportation/Logistics/related field is an asset




- Knowledge of LTL/TL/Transportation operations is an asset
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Solid Administrative and Data Entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
