Junk Removal 365 is a locally owned, family operated business with growing business needs. We serve Hamilton and surrounding communities.

As a Junk Removal - Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll support customers throughout the removal process while helping the team complete jobs safely and smoothly. The role combines clear, helpful customer interactions with hands-on work at removal sites, including lifting items and driving.

Duties

- Communicate with customers about their removal needs, providing pricing/costs, explain next steps, and provide courteous service throughout the job.
- Help load, carry, and move items, using protected handling practices and coordinating with teammates.
- Items may include general household waste, garbage bags, appliances, electronics, and other unwanted items.
- Sort items for recycling, donation, and general disposal.
- Attend the landfill or recycling centre for item drop-off.
- Drive as needed to reach job sites and support productive transportation of items. This will include driving a pick-up truck which may have a trailer attached.
- Ensure trucks and tools are kept clean and tidy.
- Keep teammates informed about customer requests and job progress.

Requirements

Required: Practical ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates, handle heavy lifting safely, and drive for job duties. You must be at least 25 years of age and have a clean driving record/abstract. You must have a G Class Driver's License. The job location is on the road in Hamilton and surrounding communities.

Preferred: Related customer service, removal, or hands-on team experience, along with a helpful, dependable approach to changing job needs. If you have any experience driving larger trucks, that is an asset.

Scheduling may include weekdays and weekends based on operational needs.

Training will be provided to help you succeed.
