Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Support cooks in various tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.




- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and the food service industry is a plus!
