At The Kind Hearted Company, we believe great service starts with great people. We're looking for a reliable, experienced Janitorial Caretaker to keep shared spaces clean, welcoming, and running smoothly — with a mix of janitorial and basic caretaking duties.

The Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 6 hours per shift · 30 hours per week
- 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Target start: November 9, 2026
- Some schedule flexibility may be possible

What You’ll Do

- Clean and maintain assigned common areas to KHC standards
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, and restock supplies
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the site
- Empty garbage and recycling; keep shared areas tidy
- Report maintenance concerns and assist with basic caretaking tasks as trained

What We’re Looking For

- Previous relevant janitorial, cleaning, or caretaking experience (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive, professional attitude




- Comfortable working independently and reporting concerns
- Able to perform the physical demands of janitorial and caretaking work
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)

Experience with minor repairs or basic building maintenance is an asset, not a requirement.
