Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. You’ll support a welcoming retail experience through transparent communication, attentive service, and organized sales-floor and checkout work.

Responsibilities

- Engage customers, answer questions, and use active listening and phone etiquette to provide helpful, professional service.
- Present products, conduct demonstrations, and use upselling techniques to explain relevant options and support informed purchases.
- Maintain merchandising displays, process transactions through POS systems, handle cash, and apply basic math accurately.
- Organize daily tasks and manage time effectively while coordinating with colleagues to keep service and sales activities running smoothly.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, customer service, sales ability, basic math,



cash handling, POS familiarity, organization, and time management support effective customer interactions and accurate transactions. English proficiency is needed to communicate with customers and colleagues. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, multilingual or bilingual communication, and technology or technical sales experience can strengthen product demonstrations and customer support. Pay: $42,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
