We’re recruiting field sales professionals for growing residential home-services teams across Ontario.

You do not need to come from HVAC.

If you know how to walk into a conversation, build trust quickly, understand what a customer actually needs, handle objections and confidently ask for the sale, we want to talk to you.

This is a field-based, performance-driven role for someone who wants their earnings tied directly to what they produce.

What the role looks like

You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present product and financing options, answer questions and guide them toward the right solution.

Depending on the company and territory, appointments may include HVAC, heating and cooling, heat pumps and other residential home-comfort products.

These are in-home sales roles, not technician positions.

You’ll be expected to:

- Run scheduled residential appointments
- Build rapport quickly with homeowners
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Handle objections without immediately relying on discounts
- Follow the company’s pricing and sales process
- Complete required sales documentation
- Follow up when needed
- Manage a mobile schedule independently
- Travel throughout your assigned territory

Who we’re looking for

We care more about whether you can sell than whether HVAC appears on your résumé.

Strong backgrounds may include:

- HVAC or home comfort
- Windows and doors
- Roofing
- Solar
- Home improvement
- Telecom
- Security
- Automotive sales
- Door-to-door or direct sales
- Other high-ticket B2C environments

You’ll likely do well if you are:

- Confident speaking with homeowners
- Strong at objection handling and closing
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently




- Organized enough to manage multiple appointments
- Professional in a customer’s home
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
- Flexible with territory and appointment times

What you need

- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the GTA and surrounding Ontario markets
- Comfort with a field-based workday and significant driving when required
- Availability Monday through Saturday based on appointment schedules
- Sales experience strongly preferred

Compensation

These are commission-based sales opportunities with uncapped earning potential.

Exact commission structures vary by company and opportunity and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates before interviews.

Solid performers in residential home-services sales can earn well into six figures, but this is performance-based sales. Earnings are not guaranteed.
