Framar is a female founded professional hair tool company located in Niagara Falls and we're looking for a local based graphic designer that's social media and trend-savvy who would excel in a creative, witty, fast paced, environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Beyond creative expertise, we are looking for someone with strong conceptual ability, who can articulate their creative decisions, visualize campaigns, and produce digital work that engages with our audience. The ideal candidate will possess the perfect combination of creativity and organization, and someone who will work quickly and efficiently in our young team.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our other designers and marketing team to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print. You’ll help develop assets that align with our brand identity, support campaigns, and enhance user experiences. This is the perfect role for a design enthusiast eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

· Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, website and sales materials.

· Update packaging materials when needed and create new packaging designs and print ready documents.

· Assist in the development of creative concepts and new collection patterns.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) throughout the process of launching new products.

· Prepare final files for production or digital delivery.

· Actively monitor trends and proactively make recommendations for brand-relevant content creation opportunities and latest social media trends.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred)

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,



After Effects is a +).

· Knowledge of all social media platforms.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including layout, branding, packaging and digital assets.

· Great eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

· Basic understanding of print and digital production processes.

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

· Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and adapt.

· Organized with diligent follow-through on every task assigned.

· Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

· Strong consideration to those with skills that can take our work to the next level.

· A self-starter but has the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

· Efficient time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

· Experience in the professional beauty industry.

· Packaging graphics and branding experience.

· Familiarity with Shopify or email marketing platforms.

· Experience working in a quick-growing consumer brand environment.
