This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be driving from quote to quote, meeting homeowners, providing "free quotes", and selling the job on the spot, and collecting deposits to close the deal. The leads are HOT and ready for quotes. Your hustle = your income.

We have a superstar admin team here to HELP close any potential client, by following up with an email quote and a REAL-LIFE before and after rendering, sent within 12 hours to the prospect you quoted but were NOT able to close on the spot.

What You’ll Get:

- Earn 20% of PROFIT on every closed job. Paid WEEKLY, including "commission draws" , until the project is fully priced-out on our end and have the complete transparent cost broken down, to solidify the exact profit.
- The Sales Rep with the "LOWEST" income of our existing 3 closers, made $120K+ in 2024, and is on pace to earn over $150,000 this year.

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven closer: car sales, solar, roofing, or D2D background? Perfect.
- Comfortable driving all day and closing in-home
- High energy, highly motivated and strong, confident communicator/closer.
- Construction/reno experience is a huge bonus, but not necessarily required.
- Must have own vehicle, data plan, and professional appearance
- Willing to hustle hard and earn big – this is commission-only. We have NOT hired a new sales rep in over 2 years... This opportunity is rare on our end.

- Responsibilities:
- Visit pre-qualified leads at their homes to conduct on-site consultations and provide free quotes
- Present renovation options clearly and confidently, using provided price sheets, a Tablet or Ipad, and past project visuals
- Close deals on the spot whenever possible by building trust, urgency, and showcasing value- While remaining calm, soft and respectful at all times
- Collect deposits and complete our digital or paper agreement form, to lock in the sale and write out the project scope.
- Communicate with the office team to ensure accurate follow-up, quoting, and client expectations at all times.




- Maintain a tight schedule and efficiently route between appointments (5–6 quotes/day average) Making sure to communicate with office if running late to the next, so we can update the following appt.
- Call or text our senior team when support is needed to confirm pricing, scope, or approximate scheduling times.
- Track and report on all sales, quotes, and use company calendar as instructed
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times – our brand and reputation is EVERYTHING to us, and, to you!
- Continuously improve sales performance through team meetings, questions, training, and feedback.
