TITLE: Mechanic

SCHEDULE: Full time – (Monday-Friday) Opportunity for on-call work.

SALARY: Hourly - Based on experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical components on light vehicles

Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, and general servicing

Complete brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, and other mechanical repairs

Assist with light vehicle, agricultural, commercial, and industrial tire installations and repairs - including inspecting, balancing and rotating

Use shop equipment, tools, and diagnostic equipment safety and properly

Communicate repair findings and recommendations to the service team.

Assist other team members during busy periods and contribute to the overall success of the shop.

Provide friendly, professional service and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Must be able to follow all company safety policies

Must have a great attitude

Must provide excellent customer service

Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Previous automotive/mechanical background required
