WHO WE ARE.
We are modernizing the cleaning industry and taking it by storm! Mint Maids is not your usual old-school cleaning company. Nope. We like to think of ourselves as the Uber of cleaning companies. Yes we are bragging. Cause we are awesome. We are a tight knit tribe from cleaning Pros in the field to our office crew. We care, we've got each others backs, and we are all passionate about being part of a big bright growing company. More than that, we give a darn about our people - clients and our tribe alike. It’s all about the people!

So, off the bat, experience is not required. We care more about WHO you are rather than WHAT you are. We will fully train you to rock!

Mint Maids™ of Hamilton - Ancaster is hiring killer Cleaning Pros to service awesome clients throughout Hamilton and Ancaster.

WHO YOU ARE.
You are an awesome, self-motivated go-getter with a positive outlook (ya, no drama here….we are all about positive vibes). You have attention to detail, excellent soft skills and a true sense of professionalism (because on the job we take this darn seriously). You are eager to learn, enjoy being on-the-go (getting some Fitbit steps in) and can master the art of time management. Quality of life is important to you. You are someone who will think of being a Mint Maids Pro as a career with goals of moving on up and along our Mint Maids Career Path.
