You will manage pharmacy operations while on duty, provide advice to patients and healthcare providers, and deliver professional services within your authorized scope and competence.

What you will do

- Welcome patients, check prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, and counsel on prescription and non-prescription products. Collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Protect privacy and consent, maintain required records, and follow professional, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily workflow and will-call reviews. Manage medication orders, inventory and expired stock, and control dispensary access.
- Meet controlled-substance documentation, security and reporting requirements. Report medication and privacy incidents.
- Coach pharmacy colleagues, delegate appropriately, and maintain safe,



professional pharmacy spaces and working practices.
- Support pharmacy business initiatives, financial reporting and store communications. Complete required training.

What you will bring

- Current pharmacist registration in Ontario, with the authorizations required for this role.
- Sound clinical judgement, professional patient service, explicit communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize work, make independent decisions, coach colleagues and support pharmacy business goals. Computer proficiency; pharmacy systems knowledge is an asset.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
