Beacon Hill Dental, now under the ownership of Dr. Alan Chang, is growing — and we're looking for a Dental Clinic Assistant to join our team!

With over 35 years of established history, we're entering an exciting current chapter focused on up-to-date dentistry, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, hardworking, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You do not need to be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to apply!

What You'll Do

- Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments following infection prevention and control protocols.
- Prepare and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies.
- Clean, disinfect, and turn over treatment rooms between patients.
- Restock operatories and maintain inventory of clinical supplies.
- Assist dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists with non-clinical tasks as needed.
- Help with laundry, general organization,



and maintaining a clean, efficient clinic.
- Support the clinical team with daily operations to ensure smooth patient flow.

Who We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
- Willing to learn and follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Previous dental office or sterilization experience is an asset, but not required.
- Evening and weekend availability required — our clinic operates 7 days a week.

No dental assisting certification required! We're happy to train someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
