Overview

Oversees individual restoration projects from start to finish, managing estimation, budget, schedule, communication, and technical staff. Is the vital liaison between property owners, insurance adjusters, and contractors. Responsibilities include assessing damage, writing scopes/estimates using Xactimate, negotiating claims, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality reconstruction

Job Duties

Documentation, Scope & Estimate

· Conduct site inspections to evaluate property damage and develop inspection

· reports, photo documentation, and scopes of work.

· Generate accurate project estimates and diagrams using Xactimate Estimating

Software for insurance adjusters and property owners.

· Ensure all documentation, measurements, and photo logs meet specific

insurance program requirements.

Customer and Insurance Liaison

· Act as the primary point of contact with insurance company adjusters and

· policyholders.

· Maintain solid communication with property owner policyholders. Explain the

· restoration process, guide clients through their claims, and provide empathetic,

· professional customer service.

· First level of client escalation

Project Management

· Plan, schedule, and direct all phases of emergency mitigation and property





· rebuild.

· Oversee timelines and manage budgets to ensure targeted profit margins are

· maintained on every claim.

· Coordinate daily schedules and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and

· suppliers to ensure work meets industry standards.

Compliance and Safety

· Ensure all jobs comply with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety

standards. Monitor field progress to ensure adherence to IICRC guidelines

Requirements

· Experience: 2 to 5+ years of project management or estimating experience in

· residential and commercial property restoration or construction.

· Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Xactimate Estimating Software, Restoration

· Manager software, 360 measurement software etc.

· Negotiation & Communication: Proven ability to negotiate scopes of work with

· insurance adjusters and manage accounts receivable/collections.

· Certifications: WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD

Pay: $61,500.00-$120,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FRST) Certification (preferred)
- Water Damage Restoration (WRT) Certification (required)
