Overview:
The Host/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns
- Process payments using cash, card, or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and front-of-house areas




- Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure timely service

Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $17.95 per hour
